About Us

Our inspectors have an extensive background in not only sewer inspections but commercial and residential property inspecting. Being part of both ASHI (American Society of Home Inspectors) and/or CREIA (California Real Estate Inspector Association) our inspectors adhere to the code of ethics set forth by those two organizations, going above and beyond with the level of care and attention to detail with every client.

Once the initial inspection has been completed we will begin working on the comprehensive report for your situation. The report itself will contain pictures, videos and written explanations of each individual finding. If you wish to have the areas of concern located from the surface for more knowledge the locations from the surface will be outlined in the report as well.

Since we started in the inspection business over 20 years ago, we have helped tens of thousands of clients become more informed on the condition of their property and we aim to do the same for you.
